Mark Todd Will Run New York Marathon For Charity

Feb 4, 2010 - 3:52 AM

Legendary eventer Mark Todd plans to run in this year’s New York Marathon on Nov. 7 to support disabled rider, Catriona Williams’, Catwalk Trust.

This is the 53-year-old New Zealander’s first marathon.

Todd will be the flag bearer for the group of 20 planning to run for Catwalk.

Williams was paralyzed after a show jumping accident in 2002. The Catwalk Trust raises money for researchers dedicated to finding a cure for spinal cord injuries.
