Wellington, FL – April 21, 2010 – Beginning in April, customers who bring their own shopping bags to Whole Foods Market Wellington will receive a 10 cent refund per bag or can choose to donate the refund to one of two charities; the local Vinceremos Therapeutic Riding Center (VTRC) or the Whole Planet Foundation. This exciting opportunity to contribute to these local charities will continue through September.
In honor of this new program, Whole Foods Market Wellington invites the community to a Free Block Party Tasting Event on Tuesday May 4th from 5:30-7:00pm. Participants will enjoy samples around the store and are invited to stop by the Vinceremos information table in the produce department. The first 100 people to stop by their table beginning at 5:30pm will receive a FREE reusable bag!
VTRC hopes that everyone will remember to grab their VTRC bag and go shopping at Whole Foods Market this summer. If you need a green bag, VTRC has plenty of large bags with their logo on them. Please stop by the VTRC office to purchase one or come visit their table at Whole Foods Market on May 4th.
Vinceremos Therapeutic Riding Center program serves to enhance the lives of special needs people in Palm Beach County.
