The Land Rover Kentucky CCI**** announced entries today on its website, with 57 in total. The event runs from April 25-29 in Lexington, Kentucky.
Three-time winners Michael Jung and fischerRocana FST will return to try for a record fourth win, but he’ll have some formidable opponents.

Australia’s Chris Burton brings his 2017 Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials (England) winner Nobilis 18, while three-time Kentucky winner William Fox-Pitt will contest the event aboard Fernhill Pimms—the first time he’s returned since his severe head injury in the fall of 2015.
Poland’s Pawel Spisak brings his 2016 Olympic Games (Brazil) mount Banderas, and Great Pritain’s Oliver Townend has MHS King Joules, Cooley SRS and Cooley Master Class, although all three are cross-entered in the Mitsubishi Motors Badminton Horse Trials (England) the following week.

Buck Davidson, Caroline Martin and Lauren Kieffer have three entered each. Kieffer’s Veronica is entered at Badminton, so she’ll likely just have Vermiculus and Landmark’s Monte Carlo.
Will Coleman has Tight Lines and OBOS O’Reilly on the list, but he’s planning to take the latter to Badminton.
Katie Ruppel is also cross-entered at Badminton with Houdini.
