By completing this survey, entrants agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Eligibility: Open to participants residing in the United States.
• How to enter: Entrants must complete the survey by clicking the “Submit Survey” button at the bottom.
• The Chronicle of the Horse and Kinetic Vet will receive the results of the multiple-choice questions in the survey.  The Chronicle of the Horse will not share email addresses or personal information with Kinetic Vet or other 3rd parties.
• Prizes: Two 12-lb EquiShield SA Powder buckets (equivalent to a one year supply for one horse)
• Selection: All survey respondents will be entered into one pool and drawn at random via https://miniwebtool.com/random-name-picker/
• Distribution: The winner will be notified via email.  Once notified, the winner will agree to provide shipping and contact information to The Chronicle of the Horse for the purpose of prize distribution.  The winner will have until 12 PM ET on August 3rd, 2021 to supply shipping information.  The Chronicle of the Horse is not responsible for any problems, issues, or delays in shipping or prize collection. If the winner does not supply shipping and contact information to The Chronicle of the Horse within the time allowed, a new winner will be selected using the same process as above.
• Timeline: Entries will open as soon as the survey is available via email (12 PM ET on July 15th, 2021) , and will close at 12 PM ET on Friday, July 30th, 2021.
• No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing from The Chronicle of the Horse or Kinetic Vet does not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
