GallopNYC is raising funds to pay the fees of riders who cannot afford to ride.

When Ariel started riding with GallopNYC, he could not sit on the horse without FOUR volunteers to support him. Now he has the core strength to sit up, balance and ride at the walk without any physical support. He’s beloved by our volunteers, so he has his own ‘posse.’ Ariel’s mother says horseback riding is the only therapy that really helps him, but Ariel’s mom can’t afford lessons. Every time Ariel is on a horse, he gives 110 percent.
