Italy And UAE Take Golds In World Endurance Championships

Only four countries finished with the necessary three riders to be in contention for a team medal at the FEI World Endurance Championships, Jan. 27, in the United Arab Emirates. And Italy led the way for team gold with a combined ride time of 24:60:39.

Endurance powerhouse Australia, whose riders have been on the podium for the past three WEC, earned the team silver medal with a score of 26:59:46. Belgium earned the bronze in 28:31:04. Canada came in fourth with a score of 35:17:33.
