The country near Lexington, Ky. is approximately 10 by 10 miles, mostly rolling with bluegrass turf and meadowland, park woodlands and some plow. It is comprised mostly of large grazing farms with some Thoroughbred farms. Fences are coop panels and stone walls. The hunt was established by General Roger Williams in 1880.
