Loxahatchee, Florida, USA.  January 13, 2010.
Heather Blitz, International Dressage Rider, Trainer and Clinician, will be a guest speaker at the Mid South Eventing & Dressage Association (MSEDA) Annual Meeting in Lexington, Kentucky on February 6, 2010.  The presentation entitled ‘Training Truths’, which begins at 1:00 PM (EST), will feature the principles on which Heather has based her internationally successful training methods that are applied on her renowned ‘Mind Your Riding’ Tour. The production will include interactive demonstrations and a Q&A session.

Heather kicked off her 2010 ‘Mind Your Riding’ Tour Series with a clinic in Houston, Texas this past weekend with several students adopting her techniques, which have generated much demand not only with dressage riders but also among eventers.

“I’m looking forward to presenting my lecture to the MSEDA members because my methods of established ‘Training Truths’ apply to both specialized dressage and eventing dressage so this is a great opportunity to reach a new audience,” said Heather.  “I have also been invited to stage a clinic in the Lexington area, which is being scheduled for April, and I’m looking forward to developing new clients so this can be a regular stop on the tour.”

Heather recently relocated from Denmark, where she has been based for the past three years, to Loxahatchee, Florida to establish a new training center and from where she will be competing at the Florida shows this winter with her Prix St. Georges partner, Paragon.

Heather noted, “Paragon made the trip from Denmark really well and is working daily in super form.  We will continue to work steadily on strength and consistency in preparation for our Prix St. Georges debut at Wellington in the middle of February.”

Heather is currently developing a new line of merchandise that will be available on the website this year with discounts for members of the ‘Mind Your Riding’ Tour.
