Hayley Barnhill rode into the winner’s circle on Caliber, owned by Laura Karet, during the seventh week of the 2012 Winter Equestrian Festival, taking home the Championship in the WEF 3” Open Hunters with a first and second over fences and a win in the hack. Barnhill, who works and rides for Tom Wright, also won the Vita Flex Victory Pass Award, sponsored by Vita Flex Nutrition.
Barnhill trained with some of the industry’s top coaches during her junior career and excelled in the Big Equitation classes where she won two finals – a dream come true for most riders. Barnhill won the Pessoa/USEF Medal Finals and the ASPCA Maclay Finals.
Barnhill was thrilled to win the Vita Flex Victory Pass Award for her trips into the ring with Caliber. “I showed him last year at WEF and it’s great to show him again,” she said. As the winner of the Victory Pass Award, Barnhill took home a plaque and a bucket of Vita Flex® supplements.
