Greetings again from the truck on the drive back from Richland Park. It was quite the weekend. Team TPF had a good one, that’s for sure! Phillip was third in the three-star, and Woodburn jumped unreal today.
Cooper was a bit tense today, but he put down a clean round as well. He was second to Leslie Law on his Fleeceworks horse (Mystere du Val). Cambalda was green but put in a good effort. I pulled the last rail down in the show jumping, but I am very proud of him. He ended up fourth, and my good friend from California Tamra Smith won! I was also second on a great catch ride named Free And Clear who was a pleasure to ride.
The footing was great on the cross-country, and the horses really pulled up well and jogged very sound Saturday night. I had a blast riding all the horses around.
Burt Wood really builds great courses, and all the levels were a blast to ride. Burt builds all the good courses in California, and it was great to do some grilling with him ( as pictured) on Saturday night. I felt as though he had worked hard enough, and I needed to tune my grilling skills—I know I am a master, ha!

Tell you what, Richland can put on one seriously good show, and the party last night was pretty hilarious. I was just sipping water so I could fully document the madness. From Nate Chambers and Will Faudree singing with the band to Waylon Roberts dancing on stage, I was effectively laughing the whole night!
I am also excited to report that Phillip has graciously agreed to let me come to Burghley for the weekend, and I am so thrilled that the high performance committee has allowed me this opportunity. So for now I guess we keep on driving. Enjoy the pictures!
