A Good Day For Cooper

Hope this message finds everyone well. It is amazing how many people seem to be reading this to keep up with Cooper, and I really appreciate that. I have gotten quite a few emails and messages that, to be honest, have made me cry. (I seem to be a little emotional these days.)

Cooper looked great yesterday, and I had an awesome time visiting him. He is such a funny horse. He was biting my hat, my hair, my zippers and really anything else he could. He’s saying, “Hey, can I come home now? That would be great!!!” I think he’s bored and lonely, and he’s so social that I feel bad for him.

Cambalda is full of himself, and he is far too fit and young to be amused with all of this. He at least gets to hand graze, roll, and be at home, unlike his big brother. I really cannot wait until both the horses are home.

This week is Galway Downs, and they are doing a fundraiser for Cooper there. It is shocking to me how people have gone to such great lengths to help without me asking.  I am sure they have their own problems and bills to worry about. And I appreciate people that saw or were around Cooper that knew what he was and could be. He and I are lucky to be getting so much support. Cooper is the one that deserves it.

I will check in soon.
