NORWOOD, NC – March 11, 2010 – The Professional Riders Organization announced today that the Fork Farm CIC3* will partner with PRO to become part of the 2010 PRO Tour Event Series. PRO will offer $10,000 in prize money in the CIC3* division at this premier event.

“The Fork Horse Trials and CIC*** is proud to partner with PRO in theadvancement of US horses and riders,” said Jim Cogdell, competitionhost. “We congratulate each horse and rider who has achievedthis level and wish them a successful outing.”

Event Riders and their horses will be vying for prize money and leader board points at each destination with the ultimate goal of being on top of the year-end PRO Tour  Leader Boards for a chance to win the PRO Tour Event Series Trophy and a substantial cash bonus pool award. The 2010 PRO Tour Event Series includes:

         March 19-21 ~ Southern Pines II, Advanced Division (Raeford, NC)
         April 1-4 ~ The Fork CIC3* (Norwood, NC)
         May 5-9 ~ Jersey Fresh, CCI3* (Allentown, NJ)
         August 5-8 ~ The Millbrook Horse Trials, Advanced Division (Millbrook, NY)
         September 19-21 ~ Plantation Field International CIC3*
         November 5-7 ~ Galway Downs CCI3* (Temecula, CA)

“The PRO Tour Series is the greatest advancement in our sport, in a very long time,” said Buck Davidson, International Three-Day Event Rider and PRO Founder. “It will allow event riders to introduce our exciting sport to a whole new audience.”

The Fork Horse Trials and CIC3* will also feature several special events for spectators and competitors alike, including:
