Finland And Brazil Name Dressage And Para-Dressage World Championship Teams

Finland and Brazil have named the horse-and-athlete combinations for the upcoming Blue Hors FEI Dressage World Championship, which takes place from Aug. 6-10, and the Orifarm Healthcare FEI Para Dressage World Championship, which takes place Aug. 10-14. Both competitions are in Herning, Denmark.

Finland has named five riders to compete in dressage, and the final selection of which four riders will compete will be made on July 25. The named combinations are:

• Henri Ruoste on Kontestro DB or Rossetti
• Emma Kanerva on Greek Air, Mist Of Titanium or Feldrose
• Mikaela Soratie on Hot Casanova
• Anna Tallberg on Grevens Zorro
• Stella Hagelstam on Mount St John Kom Fairytale

The following horse-and-rider combinations will represent Finland in para-dressage:

• Katja Karjalainen on Fabriano Sil (Grade I)
• Sanna Koskiluhta on Liptona III (Grade III)
• Jessica Kerttunen on Westside (Grade IV)

Brazil has named three horse-and-rider combinations to compete in dressage:

• João Victor Macari Oliva on Escorial Horsecampline
• Pedro Tavares de Almeida on Famous Do Vogue
• Nuno Chaves de Almeida on Feel Good VO

Brazil has named four horse-and-rider combinations to compete in para-dressage:

• Thiago Fonseca dos Santos on Johnny Walker Plus (Grade V)
• Flamarion Pereira da Silva on Francis (Grade II)
• Rodolpho Riskalla on Don Henrico (Grade IV)
• Sergio Oliva on Millenium (Grade I)
