Final Order Set For Longines League Of Nations Ocala

Ocala, Fla.—March 23

The $770,000 Longines League of Nations Ocala starts this afternoon at 4:30 p.m. Eastern, and the riders have declared which horses they will be riding.

Two U.S. riders, Laura Kraut and Kent Farrington, will tack up the same horse they rode in the $330,000 Lugano Diamonds Grand Prix, Baloutinue and Landon, respectively, while McLain Ward has opted to ride Callas and Aaron Vale is riding Carissimo 25. The U.S. team is fifth in the order, with Kraut as the first rider in the ring, followed by Vale (15th), Farrington (25th) and Ward (35th).

Belgium will be the first team in the ring, with Germany, winners of the first leg in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, will jump last. Martin Fuchs, who won Thursday’s grand prix, will anchor Team Switzerland and jump 36th.
