It’s not often that you see McLain Ward and Rothchild outrun in a big class, but it happened on the night of March 25 in the $500,000 Rolex Grand Prix at the Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington, Fla. Sergio Alvarez Moya of Spain laid down a trip aboard Charmeur that made Ward run for it.
