Sandra Philpott's oil painting A Companion is a 13" x 15" oil that captures a typical horse show scene, which often includes our dogs as well as horses.
Philpott graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in studio art and a minor in art history. While living in the galleries and did illustration work, commissions and murals. Her paintings are in collections across the country.
