The Sheep Herders
Dashdorj, called Dasher for short, is a young Mongolian artist who immigrated to the Untied States in 1999. Kathleen Beer, The Beresford Gallery founder, discovered him working in a stable near the gallery.

Dasher is a professionally trained young artist who studies with the famous Mongolian painter Amgalan for more than 10 years.

Dasher’s artwork captures the Mongolian culture, which is based on the horse, and all of his works provide fascinating details of the Mongolian way of life.
