Neff, East Hampton, N.Y., is an internationally known artist and photographer. He studied art at the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, majoring in photography and fine art. He’s shot polo in Argentina, traveled to England to photograph foxhunts, practiced dressage and then switched to jumping–while constantly drawing, sketching and painting horses and their owners. Neff sometimes barters his talents for riding lessons.
