The country extends from west of Fredricksburg east to the northern neck of Virginia. The country is bordered by the Potomac River on the northern edge with the Rappahannock River running nearly the length of the country. Hunting the counties of King George, Caroline, Essex, Westmoreland and parts of Richmond. Portions of Stafford and Spotsylvania are included. The country is paneled mostly in coops. The property consists of cropland and small patches of woods, mostly flat with rolling hills.
