The Colorado Horse Park evolved from High Prairie Farms, which Krieble established in 1993 as a community equestrian center. She introduced state legislators to the idea of the Colorado Horse Park and has worked tirelessly for years to bring the concept to fruition. In 2004, the Colorado Horse Park became a full-fledged not-for-profit foundation whose purpose is to showcase the history and heritage of the West using the horse as the primary teaching tool. The park offers hands-on educational programming, museum exhibitions, boarding and training, recreation, entertainment, and competitions in several disciplines.
Krieble has also served on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Horse Council and the Colorado Horse Development Authority, as well on the Marketing Committee of the American Horse Shows Association (now the U.S. Equestrian Federation.) In 2005, Krieble received the Horse Person of the Year Award from the Colorado Horse Council.
