The country is mostly ranch land with some plow. Heavy woods along the Sabine and South Sulphur Rivers, and the Mustang and Rainbow Creeks. Country is approximately 20 by 20 miles in northen Hunt County and southern Fannin County. Gently rolling terrain. Fences are coops, post and rails and logs over wire. Scattered fox, with abundance of coyote.
