Here was the question:
Name the rider and the horse.

This rider was one of the most prominent hunter riders in the 70s and 80s.  You don’t get many more clues because he’s so well known for the characteristic “mouth open” over fences.

The horse he’s pictured on was virtually an unbeatable working hunter and excelled in the amateur-owner ranks.
