Charlie Jayne To Replace Margie Engle As World Games Reserve

After Margie Engle breaks her collarbone, Charlie Jayne moves up to the traveling reserve spot for the Hermès U.S. Show Jumping Team for the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games.

The U.S. Equestrian Federation has updated the entry for the Hermès U.S. Show Jumping Team for the 2014 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games. Due to an injury to her collarbone, Margie Engle has withdrawn herself and Elm Rock Partners, LLC’s Royce as the traveling reserve.

The pair has been substituted as the traveling reserve by Charlie Jayne and Chill RZ, owned by Alex Jayne and Maura Thatcher.

Jayne will join McLain Ward on Rothchild, Beezie Madden on Simon or Cortes ‘C’, Lucy Davis on Barron and Kent Farrington on Voyeur in Normandy, France, for the show jumping of the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games, which takes place on Sept. 2-9.
