The announcement was made on March 27 at Cavalia’s 100th presentation of “Odysseo,” where City of Miami Mayor Tomas Regalado issued a city salute in honor of the show.

“We would like to thank the Miami audience that has once again embraced the Cavalia family with the warm reception of ‘Odysseo’,” expressed Normand Latourelle, founder and artistic director of Cavalia. “Due to the tremendous positive response of the South Florida community, we are announcing a two week extension, for a total of a seven-week run in Miami.”

More than 175,000 spectators have enjoyed the splendor, thrill and beauty of Odysseo since its world premiere last fall. Those that have not yet experienced the production have only three weeks left to enjoy the show that has captivated local critics. Those interested in enjoying the final performances, are encouraged to claim their tickets as early as possible.

“If Walt Disney were alive, he might create a show as magical as ‘Odysseo,'” said Howard Cohen of The Miami Herald. “But it wouldn’t be better than the wonderful world mastermind Latourelle has created under his White Big Top.”
