On Sept. 1, Equestrian Canada officially named the 39 athletes who will represent the Canadian Equestrian Team in seven FEI disciplines at the 2018 FEI World Equestrian Games set for Sept. 11-23, 2018 in Mill Spring, North Carolina.
The following horse-and-rider pairs have been named to the dressage team (in alphabetical order):
• Brittany Frasier-Beaulieu and All In
• Jill Irving and Degas 12
• Megan Lane and Caravella, with Zodia MW as a reserve
• Belinda Trussell and Tattoo 15
The reserve is Diane Creech and Diana C.

The following horse-and-rider pairs have been named to the show jumping team (in alphabetical order):
• Erynn Ballard and Darko’s Promise
• Kara Chad and Carona
• Mario Deslauriers and Bardolina 2
• Eric Lamaze and Chacco Kid with Fine Lady 5 as a reserve
The reserve is Lisa Carlsen and Parette.
