Horses won’t be the only thing to check out in Lexington, Ky., during the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games this year, Sept. 25 – Oct. 10. Big Bad Voodoo Daddy will be heading up the culmination event of the Alltech Fortnight Festival. The swing band will perform with the Lexington Philharmonic at the Singletary Center on Sept. 30.

The AFF began in July 2008 as a statewide countdown to the WEG. The final fortnight of live music will take place in different venues across Lexington throughout the equestrian competition. By partnering with Kentucky venues and performing arts centers, the AFF’s philanthropic initiatives help bring arts to the entire state of Kentucky and use music to help promote the WEG.
