Horsemen get a day’s head start on what is expected to be a sellout performance in Wellington on March 19th

Wellington, FL – February 18, 2010 — Angelstone Productions is pleased to announce that tickets for the March 19th concert event featuring R&B star Akon, at the Stadium at Palm Beach International Equestrian Center, will go on sale Saturday morning at 10:00 AM through Ticketmaster.com.

The event in Wellington, Florida, is certain to draw a huge crowd and tickets are expected to sell out quickly. For this reason, a special promo code has been set up for the equestrian community to purchase their tickets before the general public.

The concert pre-sale starts on the morning of Friday, February 19th at 10:00am, utilizing the special promo code “HORSE”.  The promo code will apply to tickets purchased online at Ticketmaster.com, by phone at 1-866-448-7849, and at all Ticketmaster retail outlets, including the Information Booth in the Mall at Wellington Green.

Akon will be performing hits from his most recent album “Freedom,” with the event kicking off with the exciting $25,000 Puissance International, featuring some of the world’s best horses and riders. Following the Puissance show jumping event, will be a special performance by 12 year-old rock sensation Justin Carlos.

Tickets are $48 and $98, with a limited amount of box seats available.

Angelstone Productions is helping those affected by the Haiti earthquake by donating $1 for each ticket sold to the American Red Cross Haiti Relief and Development Fund. Assistance provided by the American Red Cross may include sending relief supplies, mobilizing relief workers and providing financial resources.
