Open to licensed Welsh judges, applicants, and those interested in becoming licensed. Attendance at the clinic fulfills the clinic requirements as outlined in GR1076 of the current Federation rule book. Discount registration deadline is May 14, 2010.

- If you are an official who must attend a clinic in 2010 to maintain your license, your application will be given first consideration if the application with fees is received prior to the closing date.
- Please fax or mail your completed application form well in advance of the May 14, 2010 closing date in order to guarantee a place at the clinic.
- Attendance sheets must be signed at each session to receive credit for the clinic. If you arrive more than one hour later than the scheduled starting time, or leave more than one hour earlier than the scheduled adjournment, you will not receive credit for attending the clinic.
- We will email or fax a confirmation of receipt of your completed application. You may also register online for most clinics at www.usef.org by signing in to your ‘My USEF Account’.
