The Court of Arbitration for Sport rendered its final decision in the arbitration concerning the British show jumping team’s demotion to the FEI Nations Cup Promotional League.
The CAS annulled the decision of the Fédération Equestre Internationale Tribunal to leave the team in the Promotional League. This means that the British team will be allowed to take part in the 2010 Meydan FEI Nations Cup.
