Yellow Cab to Get New Look for 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games

LEXINGTON, Ky.—Four taxi cabs from Yellow Cab Company will show their support of the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games on the streets of Lexington starting in April.

LEXINGTON, Ky.—Four taxi cabs from Yellow Cab Company will show their support of the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games on the streets of Lexington starting in April.

Yellow Cab will be wrapping four cabs in Lexington this spring, with the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games logo. In addition to the logo, the four cabs will have special ID numbers to represent the Games. The ID numbers will be 8, 25, 10 and 2010 to represent the eight disciplines that will be competing for a world championship, the start of the Games, Sept. 25, the end of the Games, Oct. 10 and for the year 2010.  

“Yellow Cab is providing a one-of-a-kind opportunity to promote the Games in our community,” said Terry Johnson, vice president of marketing and sales for the World Games 2010 Foundation. “The cabs will provide unique visibility for the 2010 Games, and will generate excitement as Lexington gets ready to host the world in September.”

The Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games are the world championships of eight equestrian disciplines recognized by the Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI). The Games are held every four years and this will be the first occurrence in the United States.
