Multi Radiance Medical and the Professional Riders Organization announced the start of the Multi Radiance Challenge, which will run concurrent to the PRO Tour Series at the Intermediate and 2-star level. Points will be accrued based on final results at each competition. Points will be tracked on the Multi Radiance Challenge Leader Board. Multi Radiance Medical was the exclusive Laser Therapy provider for the 2010 World Equestrian Games. Kent Allen, DVM Veterinary Services Director, and Mimi Porter, Director of the Equine Therapy Team at WEG, used Multi Radiance Medical Laser systems exclusively on the equine athletes and humans. The portable Super Pulsed Laser Therapy system relieves pain and accelerates healing.
Multi Radiance Medical is the Official Laser Therapy of the Professional Riders Organization. Multi Radiance Team members will be highlighting their experiences monthly on the PRO Blog along with a monthly “Ask the Vet” series of Laser Therapy case studies with Equine Veterinarians Chad and Stephanie Davis.
“Multi Radiance Medical Lasers have been used very successfully by professional athletes and sports teams for over 20 years in now 30 countries”, said J. Mark Strong, Manager of Veterinary Products for Multi Radiance Medical. “We are pleased to work with PRO to bring this beneficial technology to more athletes and educate them on its therapeutic capabilities for equine and human competitors along with their companion animals.”
