No, Karen O'C didn't flash the paparazzi getting out of a car..

Bruce Davidson Jr made their top 50 un-used photos.

The angle of the shot looks like the horse balked at the mud and Buck came off - something a rank beginner would do...I am hoping it was 'more' than that....then again, I am the one, after 15 years of riding, to fall off from a standing spook, land on my feet and break my ankle in three places. I am not one to judge.
