Default Any news from Fair Hill?

I'd rather be there watching, but I'm stuck in my office...how'd things go at the jog today? did everyone make it through?

Erika texted me that Jake had been accepted. The FHI site doesn't have an updated starter list post-jog.

If you go to "rider list by division" then scroll down to just under the first black line, there is a link to the draw. Presumably that's everyone who passed the jog and no one who didn't.

Sadly that is an old list. It has been up unchanged since the weekend.

Did not get to see the last few horses after ours jogged (got to walk the circle for what seemed like hours) but as far as I know no one was spun. There were alot of holds which everyone was talking about. All ours passed with flying colors...yea!

Works if you do without the www (or click on the twitter link on the event entries home page)

http://evententries.com/scores/14232.html

My trainer is doing the test ride and that score is up

One of the three star horses was spun.
I heard it just as I walked up the hill as I got there for the last two or three.
Yes I heard there were a lot of holds. I will get up something if I can today on the order or try and get someone to get the order up when I get up there.

Thanks! Heard from the trainer that her horse passed and she has her ride time for Friday. Fingers crossed (or as the Germans say - thumbs pressed!)

Is it wet and cold there, like it is over near Baltimore?

I'm thinking the dressage scores are higher than the temperature, and maybe that is exactly why!

LOL. Could be!

Turns out a friend of mine is competing. Known her since she was 14. We went to our very first horse trial together.

Cold and wet. Weather Channel calls for up to an inch of rain by Saturday. Two star course looks great, ground can hold some water but dont know how much. And 80 2* horses sharing galloping lanes and takeoffs will make a mess.

Shoot, so sorry for her. I saw her ride Lettingo at the OTTB Retraining Symposium, and she is such a gorgeous horse; Alyssa was very nice, I was cheering for them. :-(
