So, when you put in your code (Mine doesn't have the @ by the way, I have a !), all I get is a blank black screen. Anybody else getting the same thing?

And Lori B, I'm listening and agree with you completely.

Reds-n-Greys --

What browser (make and version) & operating system are you using? PM me, and I'll try to troubleshoot for you.

Thanks. We go through this each year, and sometimes I wonder if anyone is learning from year to year. ???

I'm having the same problem: "tickets not available for your country," and I'm in Florida. Can anyone enlighten us?

.
Download the Adobe Media Player, it is free from Adobe.com. Or download the free almost everything player called VLC media player, download here: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

Windows Media is setup to play .wmv files, but may also play .flv or flash video files.

Default Everything worked for me

I have the free Google Chrome browser and everything is working for me. I also have updated flash, shockwave, and java on my pc.

There was nothing else I needed to download. For people having problems I would suggest restarting your computer after you have downloaded the next Adobe Flash and Shockwave players.

It was super easy. I just entered the code from my email and everything was set.

Hi Liebe. An interesting screen name. An educated guess would lead me to believe that you are also driving a long way today. Be safe and sound!

Liebe - Seems that my guess was not so educated after all. I do like a good puzzle.

I'm still getting a blank screen. I have Windows Media Player, updated Flash, and even downloaded the player someone mentioned above. I'm using IE 7 and Windows Vista. Thoughts?

ETA - I also have Silverlight installed.

Default What a successful installation / setup should look like

Just to clarify:

If you have purchased an access code, and have your browser set up properly to view the stream, and you click on the link on the Rolex site that says "Watch Live Now" (http://event.playonsports.com/eei/?eventId=5409), and you log in, the attached screen is what you are going to see. If this is what you are seeing, your set up is fine.

RATS!!!! I'm still not ready. I get the everything except in the rectangular box below the screen where you have coming soon, I have nothing - just a white rectangle....
and if I click on any of the sessions I get a blue screen that says

Your browser does not support viewing .flv files.
Please install one of the following to play these files »

WAAAAHHHH!! I had no trouble the past 2 years. What have I (or my son) done to my computer.....

LoriB - I'm gonna owe you big time if you can straighten me out.

My page looks like that, but it does NOT say "Coming Soon" under the video screen. But maybe it is okay... I guess I won't know until tomorrow!

Reds-n-Greys, I think you are set up fine. I get exactly what you are getting when I try to log in through IE. There is a javascript error on the page, which is making that little text "coming soon" not show up, but it's not something you can fix, it's something that the page authors can / should fix.

slendl & liebe - are you both still having trouble buying an access code?

Lori B - I loff you!

I wish, as you said, they were doing a dry run - or better yet maybe broadcasting the jog today so those of us with our little noses pressed up against the screen could be sure we're ready.

Geekery has to be able to be put to some useful horse-related purpose, after all.

Default Good news!

Liz Hughes at The Sport House (the folks who sell the Rolex DVDs, I think) has told me that they will be putting up a test video for us later today, and also that this is the e-mail for tech support for the webcast:

tix@digome.com

E-mail this address if you can't get your setup to work, have trouble buying the access code, etc. I don't know how fast they will get back to you, but Liz says that they are working hard to make this run well for us, and thanks us for our patience.
