Default Cook books: anyone have the old TimeLife "Fresh Ways With..." Series? Need a recipe!

We had the old TimeLife series of cookbooks titled "Fresh Ways With" - Lamb, Chicken, etc.

What I'm looking for is the (delicious!) recipe for spiced/Moroccan lamb - it was a boned leg of lamb heavily marinaded in yoghurt and spices such as cinnamon, cumin, etc. It was either in the "Fresh Ways With Lamb" or the "Fresh Ways with Picnics and Barbecues" book.

Lost the cookbook, need the recipe for next weekend Can't find it posted online! I can buy the book but, in the meantime, thought that someone here might have it.

    They looked liked these: http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_saca...=p2045573.m339

If you have the book, would you mind taking a snapshot of the recipe for me, or something similar?

That's a very common Moroccan recipe. There must be hundreds of variations online?!

Good with couscous and veggies made in a tagine. Mmm...

Thank you! That does look good, however it's not the recipe I love, which was less cludgy, and had sharper flavours - lemon, yoghurt, no hot spice, no stock, no tomatoes, and it cooked on the BBQ, not a braise.

It was more like a tandoori recipe, in that the coating sort of dried out by the time it was cooked, leaving a delicious crust.

Dang fading memory, lol. I guess I can just make it up: how bad can it be!

@ StGermain - woah - that looks delicious! However, the old TimeLife recipe didn't have any harissa in it: there really weren't any "hot" ingredients.
