    Default IT is PAID off

I mailed the LAST truck payment in on Friday. My truck is now paid off. All my joint bills from when I was married are gone.

Now to work on the student loans and keep both the horse and dog from sucking up the extra $$. Kane love him but he needs to be wrapped in bubble wrap.

    Yay!

    And Sssshhhhh!

If you mention these things out loud...a mysterious something will happen to something with 4 legs requiring a vet visit ONLY during off-hours!

It is pretty great getting a vehicle paid off. Mine are both paid off and I doubt I'll ever go for vehicle payments again. It's NICE not having them.

Congrats! My truck has been paid off for a while, but I have a loan that has another two years on it. I can't wait until it's paid off!

Flip a coin. It's not what side lands that matters, but what side you were hoping for when the coin was still in the air.

I have spent the last 5 years retiring various debts. It feels great…. but weird because there are very few people who can relate or want to celebrate with you.

I am one payment away from having something paid off. I can appreciate your joy. Congratulations!

My hubby and I are older, he's 77 and I am 68. Other than our car loan, which will be paid off in November, we are debt free. People keep saying, "Go on a cruise with us!" or something that would be enjoyable but require debt. It isn't going to happen!

Stick to your guns and pay things off. Debt free is super!

Awesome! My car is paid off this year, too. Looking forward to it.

    Yay!

I agree that it's hard to find people IRL that will celebrate such things. My truck will be paid off in June - I'm looking forward to it!

What is funny is that someone close to me said..now you can buy a new truck. UM no. I am trying to reduce debt not increase it.

The furloughs this year really made me tighten up my spending and wanting to get things paid off.

I do want to get another vehicle but not willing to get a car payment right now. I will just drive the truck. The part that stinks slightly is taking truck into downtown. It has a hard time fitting in the streets.
