I agree. A charlatan should be outed. Especially when it involves a lot of money and living creatures. But it is sad that he chose this route and not a real one that could have possibly built him a true position making a living doing his "passion".

Wow...just, wow. It's a cute horse, but not a world-beater by any stretch. And for not having a show record? Absurd.

Maybe she was joking, too? But that is what she posted ---> $80,000.

I deal with stuff like this all day at work and maybe that is why I agree so strongly with this sentiment. I can't tell you how many backyard breeders i see that think they are professional vets. Veronica, I may be up that way next weekend or the weekend after, depending... planning on staying in Philly one night and going out for drinks or something then seeing my grandma the next day. Did I hear something about ponies? Or people that I like who like ponies?

Not too many grown family men write things like:

    horse "cousins"

"And this lady would actually beat this horse with a crop hundreds of times"

"So, she had the idea to take me on as the new head trainer of her facility and hope I could fill the stalls."

"and I SOOO dont blame anyone for becoming skeptical"

    "I NEVER EVER call myself...."

"I have trained in ALL High School movements, including Spanish walk and Spanish trot."

"I am NOT a pompous in any way."

    "Exedra"

double exclamation points: "this is so weird!!" and again in the same paragraph: "this is so weird!!"
    My personal favorite is "lolol!"

I laughed out loud when I went to search his page on Facebook and realized he has himself classified as an 'Artist' page. Not denying that dressage can be quite the art but there are plenty of more relevant options when making a Facebook page for a training business such as a 'Business' page or even an 'Athlete' page.

The horse is a Friesian/Percheron/TB cross. I've seen him go in person. He's very cute and forward but not quite FEI yet. He's priced at about where you can import something ready to go 3rd/PSG

YES! For a second it makes you think, holy crap - you mean I could have spared myself years and years and tens of thousands of dollars in training and jumped straight to a $75 an hour gig as The Maestro??? But then I snap back to reality and remember... Oh yeah, I love this sport and I actually want to be GOOD at it, not just fleece people

I asked if I wanted to come ride with him if I would come to the address listed on his website and he said:

Nick Peronace Dressage I once assumed so but lately I've been hearing different. I just explain this to someone else via a private message I will post what I said here right now.
Jenn Post owns Stepping Stone Farm now but has a D.B.A Jentri Stables. At one point I was going to rent a barn (3 on the property she has total), but financially the two of us could not pull together. We just could not come to an agreement. Jenn has said that in the future she would rent out in arena for me if I wanted to give lessons out of her facility. I figured it was professional of me to list an address of a farm that I'm working out of. True, I freelance and to date have never gave one single lesson at her facility, but I'm almost positive that if I called her tomorrow and said I have a lesson I want to rent your ring, I doubt she would say no. So in assuming this, I figured it professional to list an address.
Nick Peronace Dressage Im going to take that up with Jenn. I even had a student with me that day who we were going to rent the barn together. She was standing right next to her when Jen said she would at least rent a ring.
Nick Peronace Dressage When I speak with her about it, I will do it via email.
If someone wants to hop over there and take a screen cap to send to JenTri might be a good idea, it's really difficult for me on this ancient home PC I'm on...

Joking aside, he appears to have a serious case of arrested development and delusional ideation. From the harping on an "accomplishment" at the age of 17 to the tweeny text talk and lol's, this 30 something year old man comes across as a juvenile stuck in a fantasy of his own making. So bizarre.

    Vinegar usually works

I think we need the original video remastered with Rico Suave for the soundtrack...
