If one of those farms cancels a clinic, if his publisher backs out, if he sustains any financial loss as a result of the chronicle of the horse, he for sure has a wonderful case for defamation.
If you criticized his---riding one thing.
Start contacting people to try to ruin him somehow and then post that you did it on this message for him, and no moderator---- defamation of character lawsuit.

At least one of the posters in this thread is a practicing lawyer so you're mistaken about that.

Ah, go to the barn and miss all the fun. Kelly/Nick are you a LAWYER too on top of a Grand Prix dressage master and a pizza shop owner? When do you have TIME?

Does this remind anyone else of Flowers in the Attic? Cathy was possessed by the spirit of a dead famous ballerina and therefore herself because a skilled ballerina? Perhaps our pal here has been possessed by the spirit of late great riders. Does that count as being trained by someone? If you hear their voices in your head when you take off your tinfoil hat?

His publisher can't back out because HE DOESN'T HAVE ONE. That was already proven! alternate_universe emailed Xenophen Press and they have no idea who he even is!

On a more serious note, I have enjoyed the photos people shared of their own riding. We have some talented riders and lovely horses here!

KellyDressage - you have to know this would have been a whisper of this train wreck without you. For that, I salute you.

If you're in TX, I am likely who you're thinking of, especially if said trainer also ran a mare for you (inspection?).

Thank you for your kind words.

I was so happy when I got home from work and saw that "Kelly" was posting again (even if she/he is a troll--so entertaining!).

Dang, this thing has turned into a bigger train wreck than the one in North Dakota! And I think we have KellyDressage and "da man" himself to thank for that. Merry Belated Christmas to us all.

I don't think Keeley is kellydressage, Keeley has ridden up to I1 according to the British Dressage records and that doesn't square with some of the stuff kellydressage has been posting.

Going to address the issue with Jentri Stables sometime soon Kelly? Or have they (or their attorney) already contacted you? What about those check fraud arrests?
