Default Anyone done business with tack Shop of Austin?

I placed an online order with them, and received an 'atypical' email response, asking me to call with my credit card info (which I already entered on their site).

Just wondered about anyone else's experiences with them.

    TIA

I've been in there several times, bought a few things here and there. I've never ordered anything from them online (their prices and selection are not super competitive), but they are a legit tack shop for sure.

I'm planning on making a day drive up there to buy some stuff this winter, because it is the closest english tack shop to me. I would call them and ask why they are asking for your card info again, because if it wasn't them they need to be made aware.

I'm guessing your CC may not have processed? Maybe you transposed a number or something?

I've gotten that message from other places before and it was usually due to a system error and the ccv on the back not saving, so they couldn't manually run the card when the automated system messed up. One time it was due to an incorrect exploration date.

The new Dover in Austin has a much better selection. I would go there first.
