Horse_poor!!! I can't believe you would crucify a peep in this manner!!! Put bute in apples, in molasses, sure...but a peep...? HAVE YOU NO SHAME????

Even Rothina was upset that you would perpetrate such cruelty on a peep. I'm calling the PeepPolice on you!

Here's what I do in these situations. I take a 60 ml syringe with the end cut off. I grind the bute into a powder and mix with a small amount of water and lots of molasses. I give it to Ted (sure, you can get the bute paste but I'm too cheap). Then I present him with a favored treat. He scorns it, lets me know I am being punished. I keep presenting, take him out for some grass. Eventually he forgives me. Repeat until bute is over.

Or, grind bute into a fine powder. Make a mash of bran, beet pulp, alfalfa pellets, molasses, hot water. Mix in bute thoroughly. Top with a peep or sprinkle with goodnplenty.

You can also tell Rothina you're trading her in for a horse that eats bute crumbles on her grain.

Frankly, I'm shocked at your desecration of the Righteous Peep HP!

Just get a 60 cc catheter tip syringe. then you don't have to worry about cutting off the end, and you don't spill the goodies. ET has a method for sneaking up on unsuspecting medicatees (muwahahaaaa) that has nothing to do with Peeps. Make sure you leave 15-20 mins between meds and Peep so the Peep doesn't get mistaken for more meds (aftertaste aftershock-it's not pretty, Peeps could get spit out!)

Well, Rosina can sense posion in her feed, whether it is a tasty mash with an entie bottle of molasses on it or snuck into an apple.

I know the bute in a syringe trick-I just did not have a big enough syringe at the time.

They were a gift from Quin. Do you need some? Ted can (be forced to) share.
