Default Dear Mods-Could use an OT day....

I'm a furloughed Federal Employee. I've got a lot going on, could really use an OT day....
And, because it's COTH...My young horse was good today. He's a little one sided so we've been working really hard on that!

Dear Lord not OT! Not now, it would turn into such a political trainwreck it would be shut down immediately

Who cares if it gets volatile? Just keep it to one angry thread and let it be done.
Also, twottudoc has it right- I mean, really, all of Capitol Hill is being stupid

I've been working on getting the youngun horsie to strengthen his right side. Other than hacking mostly that way, doing Cavaletti on a circle to the right, any thoughts?

    No, no, no!

But if we do, let's have a pool...how many end up banned? Pot goes to a horse related charity.

Yes, one angry thread and the rest can have fun. I need to talk about my roof.

OT day arguments are only a problem if you can't walk away from something where people are being irrational. Really, it's just a discussion on the Internet, if it's getting you upset, go do something else or ignore the threads that make you angry. I do it allll the time . I have no need to "win" an argument with anyone, even the people in my own house, let alone people who are, mostly, strangers. Personally, I enjoy the OT day discussions, even the political ones...if it stops being fun or interesting, I go find some other way to entertain myself.

Maybe a good angry thread would help people let off some steam.

I could not imagine how an off topic day would be a good idea right now. Yikes. I'm sure the moderators don't get paid enough for that...

I would love an OT day. October 14th!

To keep this horse related: I was supposed to go see a clinic with Boyd Martin this week. He cancelled due to the fact he's flying to Holland. Darn it.
