Default "Add 10 years to your horse's life"

An interesting video from April Battles, explaining how their bodies work, how they compensate for injuries, tightness, soreness and misdiagnosed issues. Get comfy....it's over an hour long, but worth it I think.

Many of you probably know all of these things already but she covers quite a bit.

Bump. Out of all the people who read the post, has anyone checked out the video? What did you think? I watched it twice.

I've started doing yoga stretches on my 28 yr. old horse and he's really getting into it now (combined with some Masterson Method stuff too). I'm willing to do it daily, if I can, for the 30 days recommended and see what happens at the end of that time.

Thank you for posting this! I started watching late last night and will finish it today. I just wanted to encourage others to watch the video.

Thanks for the warning on the length of time to allot for it.

I was just watching this the other week. Some of the things she talks about I think are a little bit left-field, but I really enjoyed her discussion about the anatomy and the pictorial explanations about why X going wrong here creates Y and Z going wrong elsewhere in the body. (By watching, I also learned what I was doing wrong when having my horse do his belly lifts!)

Well worth the time to watch. Very interesting. Don't know how I missed this thread first time around.
