    Default Pikeur Bonita Waistcoat... thoughts?

I saw the Pikeur Bonita Waistcoat on the Amira Equi website and thought it was great alternative to wear when jackets are waived. Then I got cold feet because I've never seen anyone else wear them. Have you seen anyone wear them in the show ring? Are they even legal?

    Here is the link: http://www.amirashop.co.uk/acatalog/...tas--New-.html

I live in the south so coats are pretty much always waived!

You can wear a vest when jackets are waived, at least I have in the past

However, $200 for a plain black vest is not necessary..and I love Pikeur products. My vest is Arista brand and cost about $60.

I've seen riders wear them here in GA in July.

Awesome, thanks for the replies. Do you wear a stock tie with them as if it was a jacket?

If you don't wear a jacket you can't wear neckwear - I believe that is a rule.

That's a very nice, polished look, and slimming besides. I would wear it!

ok, mine came and I ordered the wrong size...I would not say they run large. I am a size small or 6 and ordered the 36. I LOVE it but would feel better in a 38. If anyone wants to buy it I will sell it to you...it would cost 40. for me to send it back which I will do If I don't find a buyer! The fabric is awesome!
