3-4 days a week. One of those is a lesson.

Trainer rides 1 day a week.

So he is ridden a total of 4-5 days a week. Plenty for him. Usually it's Tue-Thur and then Sat-Sun. So he gets Fri and Mon off.

I have physical therapy every Monday so he's never ridden then (at least never by me). And I like to have Friday off to just go home after work and chill. Or possibly hang out with friends, etc.

I prefer he not be ridden more than 3 days in a row. So this schedule seems to work well for us.

Also depends on weather as my barn doesn't have an indoor. And I don't do heat well. So a little less riding in the winter and summer.

Define "ride". I get on 5-6 days a week. I *ride* about 2, once serious work in the arena and once out on the trail.
