Default When you earn more than your husband

Has anyone had a DH who felt threatened because you earn more than he does, and if so, how did you broach the subject and how did you deal with it?

My husband doesn't feel threatened because I make more money. If he had a problem, I would suggest he either get over it, or go out and get a better paying job.

I earn a lot more than my husband.

The important thing is that he knows that I think his job is more valuable, and of greater benefit to mankind (he is a teacher) than mine (I am a techy).

I just got a new job (in the same field as him) and I am making about equal or slightly more than my SO. He keeps his ego pretty in check and he's just proud of me. We both work hard for our money and he understands that

I earn somewhat more than my husband, and since he is IC (tennis coach/teaching pro), my income is steadier.

It used to bother him some. But he got over it, especially once I made him responsible for some of the household expenses. At one time they were just about all coming out of my paycheck/bank account, and now it's about even-steven.

DH doesn't mine. He used to joke that I would be his suga momma.
