Default Vitamins supplements from non-GMO sources

I recently saw this statement in an article about genetically modified foods and supplements.

"Nearly 90% of all the vitamin C is made in China from GMO corn. In fact China is now the world’s leader in Vitamin C production."

IIRC, the same article also mentioned that most vitamin E is also now manufactured from GMO sources.

So if that is the case, where is the best place to look for vitamin C and other supplements that are GMO-free? Labels of many "brands" only specify name/location of the distributor - not the manufacturer (and even if manufactured in the U.S., no way to know where the ingredients came from).

The best thing is to try and get all your vitamins directly from non-GMO food. If you have a balanced, varied diet you shouldn't need supplements.

New Chapter vitamins are part of the Non-GMO project. They are expensive but come from all organic, non-GMO sources. They are also formulated to be more easily absorbed by your body than conventional vitamins.

I believe Nutrilite is all organic and non-China sourced. They aren't cheap but they are very highly rated as well, or so I hear.
Flip a coin. It's not what side lands that matters, but what side you were hoping for when the coin was still in the air.

You call it boxed wine. I call it carboardeaux.
