Little ribby but not that bad. I do find it interesting that she needs more work so needs to go because they don't have time with work but will trade her for stud fee for other mare. No time for this one but we do have time for a baby I guess. Gesh
Horses aren't our whole life, but makes our life whole
I wouldn't be so quick to say she isn't Spanish Barb or at least half. Yeah, she is thin and she does look nervous ... which s understandable in her situation. She looks smart and if her conformation is any good she might be really nice.
She looks in the one shot like she's shedding out, so coming out of winter and thin from no/bad pasture and not enough hay (maybe the other mare is bossy/food guards and the owner doesn't separate them?) I'd be wondering more what the scruff on her legs is--dirt or something like rain rot? Pretty head, though.
Bit ribby, looks worse in some pictures than others doesn't she. Must say though, my three yr old has ribby stages and it's not through lack of food or worming believe me, lol, just growing and ungainly looking.
Just did a currency conversion and wow she is cheap, is that what horses like her at her stage of training normally go for or is that super cheap there too?
