Default Marestare - anyone want to help us watch for our first baby?

Our Pik L mare (bred to Devon Heir) was due May 20. Being a maiden are she's not overly huge, but she's started bagging up and even leaking a little milk. Want us to help us watch for baby on marestare?

What time of day/night do you need watching?

I just checked out the cam and wanted to say I really like your stall setup with the little attached run. I hope your mare foals soon and everything goes well! Looking forward to seeing pics of the new addition.

My gosh, Congratulations on your new foal! I did some watching last night...7-8 pm your time, but there was a guy in the stall fixing some parts of the stall so I switched off. Glad all went well for you all.

I watched and it seemed to go very well-textbook from what I could see online. The dam has calmed down and has bonded with her new one, which is now nursing on its own. But inquiring minds want to know-colt or filly?

A healthy good sized filly. Mom and baby are doing well, but mom is a little nervous and we are worrying a little about her eating enough. The vet checked her out and wants us to feed her frequently and reduce visitors until she relaxes a bit, and gave her banamine to help with the post-baby contractions. The baby is extremely friendly and a bit independent, so her mom has been kept busy following her closely. Lucky we have the webcam.
