Default Southland: Could John Cooper survive?

Do you think John Cooper could survive his shooting?

I was very sorry to see the show has been cancelled.

    ME TOO!
I think he could! Well, I was hoping. But that kidnap segment...just wow. My husband has been a LEO on a few reservations, where things go south very quickly and he was just blown away by that story line and the show in general. A great cast, great storylines.

I was so sad to see how it ended. That was one of the best shows ever. Could he survive, yeah, but did he even want to is the bigger question. That was suicide by cop - the look in his eye was so calculating.

That last episode broke my heart. Could he survive? Yeah, maybe, but I hope he did not. His life was done the moment he crushed that guy's skull. Better for him that he dies.

But ending the entire show with such a downer was hard on me. I loved that show.
