This is a letter from six U.S. Congressmen to Inspector General Eric Thorson. They write: “Over the past two years, [HSUS] has conducted substantial political activities within Missouri that brought into question its tax-exempt 501(c)(3) status.”

The Congressmen argue that lobbying is a “substantial” part of HSUS’s operations, noting that “HSUS’s own Financial Operations Report for 2009, attached as Exhibit C, shows that it spent $26,264,166 for ‘Advocacy and public policy,’ which is over 28% of its total non-overhead expenditures.”

The Congressmen signing the letter are: Don Young (R-AK), Vicky Hartzler (R-MO), Blaine Luetkemeyer (R-MO), Jo Ann Emerson (R-MO), Sam Graves (R-MO), and Billy Long (R-MO).

You and the far right make no sense.
What constitutional rights are not allowed the IRS?

Apparently you are not aware that the person in charge of security in Benghazi stated in a hearing that money was not the problem. There were adequate funds.

Also you seem to be unaware that obumbler's people, if not he, intend to end freedom of the press as it exists today.

Have you not heard of Mark Lloyd?

And his statement that he admires Chavez for the way he handles the press?

I doubt you will bother, but this link is interesting.

And therein lies the problem under discussion.

The IRS, with the encouragement of Ms. Lerner, gives a wide open road to organizations like the HSUS while denying the same privileges to conservative groups.

This amounts to illegal use of government power.

Lois can't Lerner has fired the shot which will end in the elimination of the IRS and the impeachment of the President. I'll bet she is so proud of herself. Soon the sisterhood will be claiming that she was a plant by the GOP to bring down the presidency. Hmmm.

I think Pelosi has already said it is Bush's fault.

The "some people" crowd who know not enough to know when their fundamental rights are being violated are like Plato's parable of the cave. The people were chained so that they could only see the walls, behind them at the opening of the cave people were walking back and forth (going to Congress, lying to them, and then just plain not ethical enough to stand the heat, so refused to resign like an honorable person). The case of Bush and weapons of mass destruction being also true does not lessen the gravity of partisan targeting, what is good for the goose is good for the gander. Back to the cave parable, the people chained to the wall could only guess what those shadows on the wall meant. Mental chains are the same. If someone by now cannot see the bias of this administration for the theft by Wall Street regarding the bailouts should go read Title 2 of Dodd-Frank and think about how it is that what is now known as "bail-in" for "Globally Significant, International Financial Institutions", a la Cyprus, is just waiting for the other shoe to drop. It is codified by DF. Too big to fail, has now become too big to close, so depositors "deposits" become the property of the banks. If you count up all of the derivatives and hedge fund exposures worldwide it is 1.4 quadrillion dollars, and they will very well seize it all at once.

Solution is not an 858 page bank bill that has 8,000+ new regs being written that have not yet been adopted, target size of that bill is 30,000 pages, I am not kidding. I don't think most who voted for it read it, they were just doing what they were told by the big donors from Wall Street and the City of London.

The fundamental rights of the people for the general welfare are under assault at every level, and, of course, it does matter that those who have the most power get the most rights, or as Abraham Lincoln said, might does not make right. This is a stupendous crisis, and that kind of bail in will cause immediately accelerated deaths of millions. Check out how Greek and Cyprus are faring under the exact same policy now. Or what is happening in Sweden with massive violent riots that the media refuses to acknowledge. That black hole is getting darker. Glass-Steagall anyone?
"When written in Chinese, the word "crisis" is composed of two characters, one represents danger, the other represents opportunity."

Obviously you don't like to answer questions.

Maybe you could expound on this:
